Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under specific conditions, as digital products cannot be returned. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after purchase.
  • If the digital product is downloaded successfully.
  • If you face compatibility issues (please check requirements before purchase).

2. Valid Refund Requests

Refunds are granted only if:

  • The digital product is defective or corrupted and cannot be fixed.
  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment gateway error.
  • The product description was misleading or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Email us at info@ramizwebdev.com with proof of the issue.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, Which will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

📌 Note: Refunds are processed as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.


3. Return Policy (If Applicable)

As we sell digital products, there are no returns applicable. If you encounter technical issues, we recommend contacting our support team for assistance.

4. Digital Product Delivery Policy (If Applicable)

1. Delivery of Digital Products

  • All digital products are delivered via instant download after successful payment.
  • You will receive an email with the download link or can access it from your account dashboard.

2. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If you do not receive the product after payment, check your Spam/Junk email folder.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team within 24 hours.

📌 Note: Since we do not sell physical products, traditional shipping policies do not apply.
